Bekkjarvik Gjestgiveri Hotel

Bekkjarvik Gjestgiveri Hotel has blocked a limited number of rooms for our wedding guests. A total of 28 rooms are available from Wednesday, June 24 through Friday, June 26. These rooms are being held especially for our guests at the rates listed below. The hotel offers beautiful rooms, and the prices are comparable to or better than other accommodations in the Bekkjarvik area.

Room Rates (per night)
– Single Room: 1,990 NOK (approx. $195 USD)
– Double Room: 2,990 NOK (approx. $295 USD)
– Double Room – Beckerwyc House: 3,750 NOK (approx. $370 USD)
– Family Room / Suite (4–5 guests): 5,000 NOK (approx. $495 USD)

Please note: In Norway, hotel prices are typically inclusive of tax (VAT) and breakfast. The current tax rate for hotel accommodation and included services is 12%. This means the prices listed above are the full total per night, including taxes and hotel breakfast. There are no hidden fees—the price shown by the hotel or on booking pages is exactly what you pay.

Lodging can be booked in another hotel or Airbnb in Bekkjarvik. Hotel options are limited, but many homes can be found on Airbnb.

Lodging can also be booked in Bergen as there is a ferry ride from Bergen to Bekkjarvik. The ferry ride from Bergen is approximately 1 hour so Bekkjarvik would be the best option for the day of the wedding. Bergen is the second largest city in Norway and has plenty of options for hotels and Airbnb.

Bergen, Norway’s second-largest city, is a historic coastal gem in Norway. Framed by seven mountains and iconic fjords like the Sognefjord and Hardangerfjord, it’s the perfect base for exploring Norway’s breathtaking fjord landscapes.
